How We Do It

The process we follow has pretty much been inherited from working with a number of different companies and clients over the last 15 or so years. In the end the process boils down to 4 standard steps of Define, Design, Develop and Deploy. In essence most companies follow this same approach whether its software design, building a house or even cooking at a restaurant or for that matter making dinner for your own family. You have to first understand exactly what the client wants, design exactly what they want, then develop exactly that and then hand over exactly what the client asked for in the beginning. Pretty simple right? Most times it is, but where things often fall apart is when the client doesn’t really know what they want and that’s where the consulting experience comes into play.

A good process will make sure that we don’t proceed to the next steps until we’ve fulfilled the first steps. In the case of the unsure client its up to us to provide the client with as much guidance as possible so that they can make a decision that they’ll be happy with.
